As exciting as it is to have your handwriting analyzed and to learn what letter formations say about your attitudes and behaviors, it is much more exciting to discover grapho-therapy techniques specific to your biggest stumbling blocks. Grapho-Therapy is the art of eliminating letter formations and writing styles which indicate recurring, self sabotaging attitudes and behaviors, and replacing them with formations that are more finely developed.
